Range Day takes aim at North Okanagan shooters

Several local groups offer safe spaces to take aim and feel the thrill as the bullet hits the target.

Whether you’re a sharp shooter or never held a gun before, there is a wide-range of opportunities to fire at a local club this Saturday, June 6.

National Range Day is celebrated in Vernon, Armstrong and Lumby.

Check out Armstrong Fish and Game Club at 10:15 a.m. at 1428 Reservoir Road.

Range Day is also celebrated by the Lumby Wildlife Association from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2631 Highway 6.
